House Rules

You must be 18 years of age to participate in the club.

Each player will be assigned his or her own account. There are no joint or shared accounts.

No points may be transferred, under any circumstance.

Any account that has not registered gaming activity for a period of 13 months will be inactivated, and the player
will forfeit his or her, accumulated points and any cash
value they represented.

A minimum of 300 points is required to begin redeeming points for cash.

All Black Bear Casino Resort promotions require Player's Club membership for participation.

It is the Player's responsibility to properly insert the club card into the card reader. Any machine malfunction will void the play credits and payout of the machine.

Members are responsible for promptly notifying Player's Club of all name and address changes in writing.
 
Use of Black Bear Players Card indicates acceptance of the rules of the Club Program.

An active Black Bear Player's Club card  and a valid photo ID are required to redeem points and/or comps. A valid photo ID may be requested at any time to verify membership.

Membership in the Black Bear Player's Club is a privilege  and may be refused, canceled or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Management.

Black Bear Casino Resort is not liable for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized use of cards.
